儿童安全标准

本标准由 NEZHA 2 CAPITAL INC 发布，适用于本公司在 Google Play 与 App Store 发行的全部应用， 其中包含具有用户生成内容（私信、群聊、评论、发帖）的社交类应用 长岛华人圈（Nassau Connect）。

These standards are published by NEZHA 2 CAPITAL INC and apply to all applications we distribute on Google Play and the App Store, including 长岛华人圈 (Nassau Connect), a social application that carries user-generated content (direct messages, group chat, comments and posts).

一、绝对禁止 CSAE 内容 / Zero tolerance for CSAE

具体而言，禁止在我们的任何应用中制作、上传、发送、存储、索取、分享或链接以下内容：

Specifically, it is prohibited to create, upload, send, store, solicit, share or link to any of the following in any of our applications:

• 儿童性虐待材料（CSAM），包括真实、绘制、动画或 AI 生成的形式
• 对未成年人的性化描绘、性暗示内容，或将未成年人性物化的内容
• 以性为目的接近、引诱、勒索未成年人（grooming、sextortion）
• 贩运、招募或介绍未成年人从事性交易
• 为上述内容或行为提供渠道、暗语、导流或交易撮合

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, drawn, animated or AI-generated
• Sexualized depictions of minors, or content that sexually objectifies a minor
• Grooming, solicitation, or sextortion of minors
• Trafficking, recruiting or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors
• Providing channels, coded terms, referrals or brokering for any of the above

二、年龄要求 / Age requirement

长岛华人圈面向 13 岁及以上用户。我们不面向 13 岁以下儿童提供服务，也不会有意收集其个人信息。 一经发现 13 岁以下用户的账号，我们会删除该账号及其数据。

Nassau Connect is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not direct our services to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their personal information. Accounts found to belong to a user under 13 are removed together with their data.

三、举报方式 / How to report

任何人都可以举报，不需要拥有账号：

Anyone may submit a report — an account is not required:

• App 内举报：在任意用户头像、帖子、商家页或公共聊天室消息上使用「举报」入口； 也可在用户头像处使用「封锁」立即屏蔽该用户。
• 电子邮件：发送至下方的儿童安全联系邮箱，我们接受中文与英文举报。

• In-app: use the “Report” action available on any user avatar, post, business listing or public chat message; the “Block” action on a user avatar takes effect immediately.
• Email: write to the child safety contact below. We accept reports in Chinese and English.

四、我们收到举报后的处理 / What we do with a report

• 涉及 CSAE 的举报优先处理，不受一般排队顺序限制
• 确认后立即删除内容并永久封禁相关账号
• 保全证据（内容、账号标识、时间戳、必要日志）以配合调查
• 依法向执法机关与 NCMEC 举报
• 如举报人留下联系方式，我们会告知处理结果

• CSAE reports are prioritized and are not held in the normal queue
• Confirmed content is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned
• We preserve evidence (content, account identifiers, timestamps and necessary logs) for investigation
• We report to law enforcement and to NCMEC as required by law
• Where the reporter leaves contact details, we inform them of the outcome

本标准依据 Google Play《儿童安全标准政策》发布，并与我们的 隐私政策、服务条款、 长岛华人圈隐私政策一并适用。 我们同时遵守所在司法辖区关于儿童保护与强制举报的法律。

These standards are published in accordance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and apply together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and the Nassau Connect privacy policy. We also comply with applicable child-protection and mandatory-reporting laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.
